Create a 3d book cover in Canva for free
Here is a little secret I discovered I thought I would share on how to make your artwork look like it’s on a book cover for free using Canva. If you aren’t using Canva it’s a very intuitive design program for just about anything you want to create. The free version offers many features to get you started. I will highlight in this video which is free and which is paid.
I recently needed to design a bookmark for Janet Finsilver, a USA Today Best-selling Author for her series Murder at Redwood Cove. On the back she wanted each book cover represented but not seen as a stack because they can also be read independently from each other. To give it dimension I used the images of the covers from Amazon and created the 3D effect using Canva. The video below explains how I did that.
