I haven’t been to Yosemite when there was so much color before. Below is my attempt to capture some of that color but it’s nothing compared the real thing as the light streamed down and caught itself on the yellow leaves throughout the forest. This year I have managed to get to Yosemite at least once during every season and each trip held something new to see. A meadow that was dormant the previous time is awake with flowers the next. Or a tree that was lush with leaves that is now covered in fluffy seed pods. It’s a wonderful thing to experience when you stop to look, listen and experience.
those are some wonderful photos, as always!
We certainly had a room with a view didn’t we?
Pretty automn colors and a really nice weather you had. I find “Remains” especially interesting photo.
Burning bush is my favorite among all these beautiful pics.
The panorama is a formidable job.
You made it for Halloween and Wow, what treats!
I love the campfire scene.
Is this where you stayed?
Fabulous images, Eloine! You are a fine photographer! The photos say autumn perfectly.
I love every single one also! But Burning Bush is my favorite. Awesome photos!
Simply beautiful!
Wow, it looks like I was 1 week too early. There was a little bit of color but not in the right places. You picked the perfect time to go. Thanks for sharing … and making me jealous 🙂
You caught Autumn at it’s best, lovely work!!
What beautiful photos! I especially like the campground shot with the bikes and half-dome. We camped not far from there.
Loved the shots, especially the first two.
