Well like I said before I any dog of mine is going to be a model and there is no telling what it will have to do for treats this Halloween 🙂

Many moods of Lady Washington
The Lady Washington was docked in Downtown Antioch this past week. I liked how a few of these snapshots turned out so I thought I would share.
Meet my new model!
She is new…
Just learning what life with me is like. She went from being a discarded rescue to my studio where she is learning she must wear funny hats and keep her eyes open for the pop of flashes. I would say she is adjusting perfectly wouldn’t you say?
A trip to the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers
A friend of mine knew about the Dahlias that are in bloom every year in August/September in Golden Gate Park at the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. It was a fun time to test her Nikon macro lens which of course I want! Here are some more photos below. We also went inside the large white wood and glass structure that is home to all the tropical plants and orchids. I have to say I have an understanding of hot house means! Wow that was hot! Read more
The cat’s in the bag
I was playing around with my cat last weekend and I couldn’t help but snag a couple more shopping bags for just this purpose. I laid the shopping bag down, set up my flashes and sure enough Mr. Morris walked right in 🙂

Shooting the Drag Races in Sonoma Raceway
Cars and me really haven’t had much of a relationship except to ask myself is it big enough to haul stuff and does it have an air conditioner! Well none of these cars below met that criteria so I haven’t given them much thought. So those that know me are a bit perplexed as to why I went to the Friday night drag races at the Sonoma Raceway. Well truthfully a friend of mine really wanted to go and I thought it would be a new experience for me. Well it really was and I must say those cars are loud!!!
One of my favorite things was just seeing how many women compete now and I have to say when a woman rides a motorcycle it is with style 🙂
