This is what happens when you shampoo the inside of your car and then leave the windows open overnight to dry. The windows are frosted on the inside by morning. 🙂

I thought it would make a good web pattern so using Photoshop I selected filter > other > offset. This will shift the image sideways in both directions. I do this rather dramatically so I can see where the line from the edges would be. Using either the clone, content aware or patch tool I will blend out those seams. Do this a few more times with the offset filter until you see no more seams and you have a background that can tile. See my frosty blue webpage background here!
