Hello to anyone who is interested in my garden. This is my learning blog and here I will share my successes and failures in my garden whenever I can. About my garden

This is a blog about the updates in my garden. Mostly for me to keep track of it’s progress and what I have done, need to do and what worked and what didn’t. Here is a little photo story from concept to creation about how it got started and is continually evolving

~ Update April 5th 2009 ~

The gallery above is the “garden house” I created as a little get away. I’ve always wanted a little garden place to get away to and it became a very needed with all the animals such as peacocks and horses we have around the place. The garden house just kept evolving until it finally because a little overcrowded. It has an identity crisis. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to plant. I enjoyed both flowers, trailing plants that love the shade and vegetables. Those two things just don’t mix! So this year, 2009 I worked on erecting another “house” that is a sun loving vegetable garden. Now I can seperate the two places and plant accordingly to the needs of what I am trying to grow. Hmm… maybe next year I will have a cactus garden!
